1. Content was weak
• Too much about us
• Our goal should be to educate people about what's going on about one thing and one thing that let's them know what's going on.
2. We are not interesting
• Any content about us is terrible.
• Don't focus on us ever.
3. We need to treat every viewer as if it's their first time watching
• The headline segment works
4. There is no such thing as too much energy.
